After you hand in the application form, you pay JPY30,000 for a deposit.
And after your payment, the room is reserved for you.
If you cancel the reservation before you move in, the above amount won’t be refunded to you.

BORDERLESS HOUSEのコミュニティメンバーとしてふさわしくないと判断した場合入居をお断りすることがあります。
You don’t need a guarantor. We ask the name and address of your parent’s or family’s, and person or a group in Japan that we can make a contact in case of emergency, but we don’t require a guarantor who can guarantee you.
保証人は必要ありません。ただし、緊急連絡先として親族の方が必要となります。
外国人の場合、母国のご家族の名前と住所、日本でコンタクトが可能な友人や同僚・会社の名前と連絡先をお教えいただきます。いずれにしても、あくまでも緊急時の連絡先であり、あなたの家賃等を保証する連帯保証人ではございません。

In the case of shared room in Oyama house, the contract starts on 5/10 for example.

You can set the period by yourself for your convenience, from minimum 1 month to maximum 6 months.

When you cancel it after conclusion of the contract and before move-in, a deposit (1 month rent) won’t be refunded as a cancellation fees.
契約後、入居前にキャンセルされた場合は、キャンセル料としてデポジット(賃料の１ヵ月分)はご返却されません。

We don’t supply Futon as a facility from a sanitary standpoint. So you are supposed to bring it in
by yourself. If you don’t have a Futon set to bring in, you can buy it ￥10,000 or rent it ￥5,000
from us.
