Q20. Is it possible for 2 persons to share a private room? 友人と２名でプライベートルームに入居は可能ですか？
Yes.
If you want to live in BORDERLESS HOUSE with your friend, you can rent a private room with
your friend by paying additional rent fee.

もしもご友人と一緒にお部屋を借りたい場合は、追加費用を支払ってプライベートルームにご友人と
住むことができます。
Q21. Can my friends stay over in my room? 友人の宿泊は可能ですか？
No, For the reason of security and privacy of other share members in the house, it’s not allowed.
いいえ。あなたのルームメイトまたは、他のシェアハウスメンバーのプライバシー、セキュリティの理由からご友人の宿泊はできませんので、ご了承ください。
Q22. When is the deposit I pay refunded? 入居時に支払ったデポジットはいつ戻ってきますか？
We pay in either way through a bank transfer or handover in 10 days after you move out.
退去後、10日以内にご指定の口座にお振込みまたは現金にてお支払い致します。
Q23. Do I need extra money when I move out? 退去時に必要な費用はありますか？
No. However, in the case you would make any significant dirt or scratch which won’t be made in usual use, or you leave your stuff etc, we may claim for extra charge.
Our stuff attend to check the condition when you move out.
基本的にはございません。ただし、通常の使用範囲を超えた著しい汚れや破損等がある場合や、
残置物がある場合、その他問題がある場合は、別途費用をご請求させて頂く場合がございます。
退去時には弊社スタッフが立会いをし、状況確認をさせていただきます。
Q24. Can I send my baggage before I move in? 入居前に荷物を送ることはできますか？
Sorry. Please take your baggage by yourself after you move in.
できません。荷物は入居後、必ずご自身にてお受け取りください。
Q25. Can I meet the share house members before move-in? 入居前に他のメンバーに会えますか？
We don’t set up the opportunity to meet members. However, you might meet the some members who are at house when you got to check the room.
特にそのような機会は設けておりませんが、内覧時に、家にいるメンバーには会える機会があるかも知れません。
Q26. Can I smoke cigarettes inside house? 室内でたばこは吸えますか？
You are not allowed to smoke cigarettes inside house.
室内での喫煙はご遠慮いただいております。
