Procedures from inquiring to moving in

1. Confirming vacant room status

Check the vacanct room status on the website and confirm by e-mail(info@borderless-house.com) or calling(domestic:03-6809-5321, overseas:+81-3-6809-5321) to our office.

2. Room viewing

Inform us of your convenient date and time for room viewing. Borderless House staff will meeet you at the closest station from the house and take you for viewing. If you decide to move in, fill out our application form. At the same time, please submit a copy of your passport and ID.

3. Screening process

Based on your application form and ID, we will carry out an internal screening process, which will take several hours. After you pass the screening process, we request your 30,000 yen deposit payment by cash, bank transfer, or PAYPAL. Then, after we confirm the payment, your reservation would be fixed.
※When moving out, we deduct 15,000 yen from the deposit 30,000 yen for insurance and cleaning fee and will refund the rest 15,000 yen.

①　A copy of your passport
②　ID　(student ID or employee ID)

4. Concluding a contract

Contract would be concluded at our office or at Borderless House before moving in or on the moving in date.

5. Moving in

After concluding the contrace, you may move in to our Borderless House.

問合せから入居までの流れ

1. 空室確認

Websiteの空室情報をチェックして、Ｅメール(info@borderless-house.com)または電話(03-6809-5321)で空室確認をしてください。

2. 内覧

お部屋の内覧希望日時をお伝え下さい。ボーダレスハウススタッフと一緒にお部屋を見に行き、お部屋への入居を決める場合は、入居申込書に記入し、身分証明書を提出してください。

3. 審査

ご記入頂いた申込書と身分証明書をもとに、審査を実施します。審査の所要時間は数時間です。審査通過後は、デポジット30,000円をお支払い頂きます。支払方法は、基本的に銀行振り込みとなります。入金確認後、予約の確定とさせて頂きます。
※退去時に、保証金30,000円のうち15,000円を保険、クリーニング費用として差し引き、残りの15,000円を返還させていただきます。
