- how much it costs
- Costs 15,000 yen for management fee + one month rent for deposit
- Get 5% off from your move in date
- Please send email or inquiry form to change your contract plan and write down a name of the house, a room number (refer to your contract paper), and full name.
- Initial payment
- Your current one month rent - 15,000 yen (the management fee you already paid)
- Ex. 56,000 (monthly rent) yen – 15,000 yen = 41,000 yen will be kept as deposit to change your contract plan. And 15,000 yen of deposit you paid already will be added to 41,000 yen as the deposit of 6 months Discount.
- Apply by 26th of every month → Discount starts from next month
- Apply after 26th of every month → Discount will start from the month after next month.
- Apply 6 months rent discount on 4/1 -> Get 5% discount from rent of May
- Apply 6 months rent discount on 4/27 -> Get 5% discount from rent of June
- If the tenant moves out before the lease is up, deposit will not be refunded.
