- Reservation
- In order to finalize your reservation, all payments as below have to be paid.
- Management fee: 15,000 yen
- Deposit: 15,000 yen
- Total amount needed for finalizing reservation: 30,000 yen
- Reservation will be finalized after confirming your payment.
- These advance payments has to be paid at the same time.
- Upon cancellation of your reservation before you move in, we cannot give you back
the management fee and deposit ( total 30,000yen ).
