About Emergency Contact Information (changed)
- Treatment of Emergency Contact Information
- We have used Emergency Contact Information to let your family knows if you get into an accident, have serious illness, or are missing.
However, we have had problem with some tenants who always pay rent late or go back to their country without paying rent and any given notice.
Therefore, we may contact to one whom you give us information for emergency contact to collect rent by stating reason of doing it.
If you make a payment on time, we will never contact to your family member with this issue.
Thank you for your corporation and understanding.
House cleaning service
- About cleaning service from July.(2010.JUN.24)
- We inform you about cleaning service starting from July.
Professional cleaners will clean up the common space, for instance living room, kitchen, toilet, sink, bath tub and etc.
Date and time for cleaning service will be different from each house.
※The number of cleaning service will be different according to the number of tenants and size of the house.
In addition, we announce all of you that the utility will be raised from 7,000 yen to 8,000 yen for the share room and from 10,000 yen to 11,000 yen for the privateroom. The rate for the utility on the web will be changed by July 1st
In the case of a person who will move in, relocate a house, or relocate a room from July 1st, Borderless Japan will apply the new rate.

- Because of the computing server problems, we couldn’t send the ‘Will get avaialble ‘ message to the customers who had listed on our waiting list service.
The problem happened between May 31st and June 11th, but now it works correctly. Sorry for this inconvinience.
