When you cancel it after conclusion of the contract and before move-in, a deposit (1 month rent) won’t be refunded as a cancellation fees.
契約後、入居前にキャンセルされた場合は、キャンセル料としてデポジット(賃料の１ヵ月分)はご返却されません。
