Akasaka House

: Akasaka/ 丸子 20’s; I loved every day in Akasaka House. Amazing. How many very good friends from all over the world I could make in this very warm and family mitaina House. The place is the best possible, central but quiet, the people are awesome and the House itself is very nice. おすすめは「あかさかハウス」！

: Asakusa/ T.C 10’s; I loved it ! I will definitely be using BORDERLESS HOUSE when I return to Japan in future. The reason BORDERLESS HOUSE is better than other similar companies is because the website is a lot better the staff e-mail I respond promptly and the houses are in good locations. There was no one particular memorial event, but I just enjoyed passing time in the lonnge room with my “older siblings”.

: Denenchofu2/ Ｈａｃｈｉ 20’s; I think Borderless House is one of the best house in Tokyo. Everything is organised and easy to understand. Denenchofu is a nice area and it’s great that the house is so close to 100 yen shop!

: Harajuku-Kitasando/ Kousei 30’s; 短期間の入居でしたが、とても楽しかったです。スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく、それが理由で物件を即決めしたくらいです。スタッフの方々のおかげで毎日の生活の楽しさも倍増でした。物件も広くてきれいで、入居者の方々とのコミュニケーションも楽しく、英語の勉強にもなりました。ここに住めば、英会話スクールなんて通う必要ないんじゃないかな、と思います。物件も広くてきれいだし、ドミトリーでも十分な個人のスペースと収納があり、個室よりもドミトリーをすすめたいくらいです。家族介護のため泣く泣く実家に帰ることになりましたが、一生ここを離れたくないと思うほど、このハウスが大好きです。駅も近いし、スーパーやコンビにも近く、生活に何も不自由しませんし、入居者同士で新しいルールを決めて守っていくというスタイルで、まるで入居者同士が家族のようです。楽しい思い出をありがとう。

It’s never easy to keep this many people happy especially this many people from different cultural and social backgrounds. Communication is sometimes a bit an issue - especially communication between members of the house when language and cultural barrier exist. The Borderless staff does a phenomenal job at it. Highly recommended!

: Oizumigakuen/ 翔 20’s; It was a great experience living at Oizumigakuen house! At the time, everyone living in the house was fluent in Japanese, so I never used English. It was a great opportunity to improve my Japanese while studying at Aoyama Gakuin Daigaku.

: Oizumigakuen/ Dominic 20’s; I have stayed at Oizumi for one whole year. I like living here very much. The Oizumi district is not an urban area but it is surprisingly convenient. If you spend some time to walk around you will discover that Oizumi has everything to support your Japan life.The house itself is spaceous and comfortable to live in. I am sure the bathroom will amaze you. The housemates are friendly too. Transaction rate in Oizumi is quite low and a maximum of 8 people is also an ideal size. Everyone have enough time and chances to understand each other which offers you warmth of a family. This is particularly valuable for us as foreigners.我在大泉住了一整年，我很喜歡這裡。大泉雖然不處於市中心但意外地方便。只要你花點時間在四處走走看你就會發現大泉有各式各樣的店舖支援你的日本生活。而大泉的家亦非常寬敞舒適。那個浴室定必超乎你所想。房客們也很友善。大泉的流動率不高而且8人構成也是理想的規模，彼此之間有足夠的時間和機會去了解對方，令你感受到家庭溫暖的感覺。這種感覺對我們這些單身到日的外國人特別寶貴。

: Oyama/ まっつん 30’s; 10年近く一人暮らしをしていましたので忘れていましたが、家に帰ると誰かがいるというのは良いものですね。日常生活が楽しく、多くの友人が出来ました。仕切り役の人がいなくなると、掃除ローテーションや日々の生活の調整ができなくなります。うまく“回って”いないハウス限定で、住人の１人をアルバイトとして雇うようなハウス内スタッフを置くことを考えてみて下さい。

: Sangen-Jaya2/ Meilin 20’s; 中国語を勉強したくてボーダーレスに入居しました。私が入った時、ちょうど日本語を勉強中の台湾人の女の子がいたので、毎週三回夜家に帰ってから、勉強会を開いて、30分ずつ一緒に日本語と中国語を勉強しました。また、同じ部屋の韓国人の女の子は、私に韓国の歌を教えてくれたり、日本の事について色々話したりしました。学校やバイトが終わってから、家に帰って今日あったことを報告したり、悩みを相談したり、彼女達との交流は、一緒に勉強するだけではなくて本当に心の支えになってくれました。勉強会もくじけそうにもなったけれど、励ましあって最後には40回になりました。ボーダーレスを出た後は、台湾に一年間留学に行きますが、今まで勉強したことに自信を持って、頑張ってくるつもりです。そして、現地に着いたら、絶対にボーダーレスの韓国と台湾の友達とまた再会するつもりです!!

: Unoki2/ Yuko 20’s; 帰ってくると「おかえり」、家を出るときには「行ってらっしゃい」と本当の家族のようにくつろげる家、仲間が作れました。二人暮らしよりも三人暮らしよりも逆に住みやすいシェアハウス。すごくかけがえのない三年間となりました。ボーダレスのスタッフには色々と迷惑をかけましたが、とても寛大に親切にして下さりとても良いサービスを受けることができました。10年後も変わらぬ家族のような感覚で、鵜の木ハウスで出会ったみんなとまた会える気がします。
