Reservation

The process after reservation works as follows;

If you want the room viewing before making a reservation, please fill in the room viewing request form. [Room viewing request]
*To make a reservation, please fill out the application form the below and send. In this stage, your reservation is not finalized yet.
*Our reservation system is First-come-First-served.
*Please check [Procedure from inquiring to moving in] for our service process.

*If you are relevant to below condition, we cannot accept.

  • married or not married couple
  • married person
  • older than 40 years old
  • younger than 18 years old
  • high school student

  1. During processing your reservation, we will carry out internal screening process at the same time. Please attach your regal ID in the form. As a result of the screening process, we might decline your reservation. Please understand that we do not disclose screening criteria.
  2. After receiving the form, we will email you. If we cannot contact you within 3 business days, your reservation can be canceled without notice.
  3. Your reservation will be finalized when we confirm your deposit and management fee. Please make the payment within 3 business days. In the case of cancelling, whole amount of deposit and management fee will not be refunded.

*We do not accept a credit card. Please wire transfer money or pay with PayPal.

Mattress is already prepared, but it must be covered with a sheet or a blanket. You cannot sleep without it.

*Bedding set includes pillow, bed pad, sheet and blanket.
The price is 7,500 yen for one time payment.
*Although you choose BRING MYSELF, if you do not have blankets with you on the move in day, you have to rent a bedding set from us.
