Shared Room & Private Room!
BORDERLESS HOUSE has 2 types of room, shared room and private single room. Shared room would be shared by minimum 2 to maximum 6 people.
You will need to pass our internal screening process to start staying
Borderless Japan takes a screening process based on our criteria.
It does not matter if you don’t speak Japanese
Most of our tenants speak English. So, if you don’t speak Japanese is OK!

The ratio of Japanese and foreigners is about 1:1.
Foreigners from western countries have accounted for approximately 25% and from asian countries have accounted for approximately 25%.

Compare to male tenants, there are more female tenants than male tenants.

The average age of tenants is 20’s.
The age limit for tenants is between 18 and 39.
