There are a supermarket and a convenience store just 1 min from this share house and also various kinds of shops on the way to the guest house, so we can say it's really convenient area to live in! Also, there is a night market on the way to the NTNU, just 3 mins from the share house! This share house is for 7 people. This apartment is on 3rd floor (we have no elevator in this building) and it’s really new inside of the apartment. We have a big kitchen and why not enjoy cooking with your housemates!Housemate stays in short term and long term as well, which is different from hostels in Taipei !! I think staying at Borderless is a great opportunity to meet new people when you just arrive in Taipei. I recommend to have good communication with your roommates, hang out occasionally as friends and try to have regular meetings to discuss any issues that might exist.我覺得剛到台北時，住在 Borderless 是一個認識新朋友的很棒機會。 我會建議和室友保持良好的溝通，偶爾像朋友一樣一起出去玩，也可以定期開會討論可能存在的問題。

每一位共居的室友，都為我的生活帶來了不一樣的正面影響。最印象深刻的，其實我在生病不適的時候，室友們一起騎ubike來醫院探望我好幾天。有他們在，北漂的生活變得一點也不孤單，也感覺更安心。周末時，我們偶爾也會一起登山、衝浪，或是在台北的市集散步，你不需要刻意尋找朋友——你的室友就是最好約出門一起探險的夥伴！ Every one of my housemates has brought a different positive impact to my life. What I remember most is when I was sick and feeling unwell—my roommates even rode Ubikes to the hospital to visit me for several days in a row. With them around, life in Taipei as a newcomer didn’t feel lonely at all, and I felt much more at ease. On weekends, we sometimes go hiking, surfing, or stroll around markets in Taipei. You don’t really need to go out of your way to find friends—your roommates are already the best companions to go on little adventures with!

Sometimes we go out together on weekends. Of course, living together isn’t always smooth, I’ve even had arguments in English, but I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys international exchange!

While moving abroad is always a great challenge, I am very lucky to have found such a welcoming community at Borderless House and made friends right away, so I didn't even have time to get homesick. Although everyone in our house was on a different schedule, I am impressed with how we still managed to make time for each other to hang out, go hiking, and eat hot pot. The most impressive thing to me was when we, despite just having known each other for a couple weeks, all visited one of our roommate when she had to stay in the hospital for a few days. Thank you Borderless House for the great memories! 雖然搬到國外總是充滿挑戰，但我很幸運能在 Borderless House 找到這麼熱情的社群，也很快就交到了朋友，所以我甚至沒有時間感到想家。 雖然屋裡每個人的作息都不一樣，但我很感動大家仍然能抽出時間一起相處、去健行、吃火鍋。 最讓我印象深刻的是，即使我們才認識幾週，當其中一位室友需要住院幾天時，我們大家還是一起去探望她。 感謝 Borderless House 帶給我這麼美好的回憶！

FAQ
- Can I move-in soon? Can I stay only for a month?You can make a reservation without room-viewing. So, you can move-in after 2 days at the earliest.
Minimum of 1 month-stay is required. - How much does it cost to move in?BORDERLESS HOUSE JAPANInitial fee 45,000 yen (30,000 yen key money and 15,000 yen Cleaning Fee are included) and the first month's rent and utility fee have to be paid within three business days after the reservation is confirmed. If you would like to rent the bedding set, there is an additional one-time rental fee - 12,000 yen. (Bedding set includes sheet, mattress pad, futon, futon cover, pillow, pillow cover, and blanket.)
*Rent and utility for the first month are calculated on a pro-rated basis from the day you move in.
*If the room you reserved is currently available, your rent starts 2 weeks after you sent us the reservation at the latest. If the room will be available from a certain day, your rent will start 2 weeks after the available day at the latest.BORDERLESS HOUSE KOREAWe ask for an initial fee of 800,000won total, consisting of 300,000won management fee and 500,000won deposit within 3 business days after your reservation is confirmed.
Management fee is non-refundable and this is covering the maintenance of the house and other support we give our tenants. Deposit is refundable so we will give this back to you on your moving out day if there is no problem.
This initial fee has to be paid within three days after the reservation was confirmed. In case you are renting a bedding set from us, there is an additional one-time rental fee of 60,000 won. Rent and utility of the first month (calculated on a pro-rated basis from the day of your move-in) has to be paid by your move-in day.BORDERLESS HOUSE TAIWANThe initial fee totals 6,500 NTD, including a management fee of 1,500 NTD and a deposit of 5,000 NTD. Please complete the payment within one day after receiving the confirmation email of your reservation.
※The rent and utility fees for the first month (calculated from the move-in day until the end of the month) must be paid on the move-in day.
※If the room you reserved is currently available, your rent will begin to be calculated from 14 days after you sent us the reservation at the latest. If the room becomes available on a specific date, your rent will start to be calculated from 14 days after that available date at the latest. - Can I move-in even though I cannot speak local language?BORDERLESS HOUSE JAPANThere are many tenants at Borderless House who may not speak the local language, have recently started learning it, or are visiting the country for the first time. Additionally, the local housemates who move into Borderless House have a keen interest in foreign languages and cultures. Many of them prefer using English in their daily lives. Your housemates will be more than willing to assist you in challenging situations, and it's not uncommon for people to experience improvements in their language skills after moving in. Don't worry!BORDERLESS HOUSE KOREAThere are many tenants at Borderless House who may not speak the local language, have recently started learning it, or are visiting the country for the first time. Additionally, the local housemates who move into Borderless House have a keen interest in foreign languages and cultures. Many of them prefer using English in their daily lives.
