I think the most nice memories we have together, it's just staying together in the share house. Small talk we have everyday. Cooking together or the party we have. I liked also the little trip we had together. It's always great to meet such beautiful person in the same house.

Living with people from all around the world is a really great experience because everybody have so much to share !! Uji house is really beautiful, atmosphere is really great, and the rooms are comfortables with good facilities. Plus it's really well located, in between Kyoto, Osaka and Nara so you don't spend to much time in the train if you wanna visit. To talk more about Uji, there is so much good restaurants and so much temples and shrines to visit it's really cool, and there is really tasty matcha. Finally, if english and japanese are not your mother tongue, living with other foreign people and japanese people allow you to improve really quick !

Everyone was very friendly, we had good times together. It helped me understand the culture and improve my japanese.

It's my second time in japan and my second time living in borderless house, i actually experienced 4 different sharehouse and i'm always making good memory, you learn to live with other roommate and share lot of of time together, and if i ever coming back in japan i will comeback to borderless house again for sure!

By living in a sharehouse you never feel alone (and if you need your own space, you can easily rest in your private room). You also learn how to live with many people from all around the world with different cultures.

I am glad I got to live with a mix of Japanese and Foreigners. It helped ease my life in this country and was a great cultural exchange opportunity.

Super nice stay in Borderless House ! Everyone was very nice and helpful. It's really enriching to meet people from all nationalities and discover theor way of thinking.

I spend good times with my housemates! We watched a lot of movies and series together. We also went a lot of times at izakaya and karaoke. My favorite memories was when we did littles parties and share our food country!

I spent 3 wonderful months in the sharehouse in Nishijin, my roommates were very friendly, it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed our movie nights, our meals cooked together, our outings in Kyoto and Halloween night! Thank you to everyone ! See you soon, I hope :)

Coming to Nishijin house was the best idea. I made so much friend and so many beautiful memories with everyone ! It really felt like a big family to me.

I met so wonderful people in this house, I’m so happy ! The first day I arrived, they did a party for welcoming me, and we did a lot of things in only few days even if I didn’t know them ! Also, we do a lot of things with people of other Borderless House of Kyoto, and that’s amazing ! I don’t want to move out and if I could stay more in Japan, I would definitely not leave Nishijin ! I will be very sad when I’ll leave, but I also know I’ll stay in contact with everyone :) Please, don’t stay in your room and talk to people even if they are shy, because they are waiting for that ! If people live in sharehouse, it’s for sharing moments with you ! Even more in Japan, where foreigners mentality are so open-minded !

I had an incredible adventure here in Kyoto Kamigamo House, You can meet people here from everywhere in the world, discover new culture and make an real friendship. The house is very well designed and Borderless House staff is very helpful. If you are worried about feeling lonely in Japan, you should definitely apply for this house!

I came to HANAZONO HOUSE hoping to meet new people, have cool experiences, and make new friends, over the past 2 years I did just that. I'm sad to leave, but I know that HANAZONO HOUSE spirit continue on !

I have been for 6 years in Japan, this share house had been the best, like a family. Place is so convenient and people and staff are so kind. I recommend this place for everyone, also Japanese.

Those five months in Hanazono House were very pleasant! Kyoto is a beautiful city full of temples, museums and wonderful parks! In this house, there is a real family spirit! Everyone assembled in the large living room to eat, speak, watch a movie or toast at the end of the week! Thank you to other tenants for taking care of me and for all good memories.
