Kitasenju1 House is located in the eastern Tokyo area of Kitasenju. Its location offers access to 5 different train lines, including the Joban Line, which gives direct service to Tokyo Station. With many different universities scattered around the area and a fashionable shopping center nearby with shops such as LUMINE and Marui, there is a very lively atmosphere in the neighborhood. Another unique aspect is the old-town feel that Kitasenju sprinkles into its young and modern style. Walking from the station back to the sharehouse, you will notice many smaller street shops, known as "Sho-tengai." The sharehouse itself is tucked away in a calm residential area only a short 8-minute walk from Kitasenju station. You can get the best of both worlds with a young exciting town to explore during the day and a quiet, relaxing place to return home to at the end of the day. We offer 5 single rooms and 2 shared rooms to choose from, making for a total house capacity of 9 people. Nihombashi is famous for a business district from a long time ago. Easy to access main stations, such as Akihabara and Ueno, and Tokyo station is in walkable distance from the share house. It is also located near Mitsukoshi and Takashimaya which are one of the oldest Japanese departments. Cozy and warm atmosphere. This sharehouse is located in Iriya, which is nestled within the traditional historic area referred to as下町 “Shitamachi.” Being within such a traditional area evokes feelings of the Edo period and provides a break from the packed and high-paced life in the city center. The closest station, Iriya Station, is right next to Ueno Station and it only takes 6 minutes on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line to reach Akihabara Station. Along the Hibiya Line, you will have great access to many popular and interesting areas in Tokyo such as Tsukiji, Ginza, and Roppongi. The house is also located within walking distance of Asakusa. Iriya Station is surrounded by many different supermarkets and convenience stores, making it convenient to meet your everyday shopping needs. When you travel into the old city district of Iriya, you can also explore the famous old-fashioned shopping street called "Iriya Kinbikan Street." This area also provides access to many traditional restaurants, where you can enjoy foods such as Tempura or Kaisedon, just to name a few. The historical shrine called 鷲神社 “ootori jinja” is located just out in front of the house, and you will have the chance to view or participate in many traditional events or festivals throughout the year. During the summer, one of the most famous fireworks festivals, 隅田川花火大会 “Sumidagawa Hanabitaikai,” takes place near Iriya. ASAKUSA-IRIYA1 is considered a medium-sized sharehouse, with a capacity of 17 residents. Housemates are frequently gathered in the third-floor living room, and you will have the chance to interact every day! BORDERLESS HOUSE KORAKUEN1 is located in Korakuen, Tokyo and is a short 8-minute walk from Kasuga Station. This is a 6-story house with rooms located between floors 2 and 5. There are a total of 12 private rooms and 1 shared room to choose from, making for a total house capacity of 14 people. With so many private rooms, we especially recommend this house for individuals who need quiet time to study or work, but also want the option of rich daily interaction with their housemates. For even more interaction, BORDERLESS HOUSE Iidabashi houses are located nearby, and make for great house party friends! The nearby Kasuga station offers access to the Toei Mita Line as well as the Oedo Line. Also not too far from the house is Korakuen Station which provides access to 4 different lines, including the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and the Namboku Line. With so many transportation options, you will be able to reach almost all major stations throughout Tokyo with no problem. For example, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ikebukuro are all within 20 minutes by train. Korakuen & Kasuga is a town that has its own unique atmosphere depending on your location, specifically when comparing east vs. west Korakuen. The eastern side is a quiet residential area with many historic buildings and sights. The western side, where our Korakuen1 sharehouse is located, is in a bustling area with many shopping streets and restaurants. Tokyo Dome City is also within reach which gives you the opportunity to watch sports, attend concerts, go shopping, and even enjoy a day at the amusement park! The area surrounding the house has many nice restaurants and shops which are fun to explore with housemates on the weekends and holidays. Although lively main areas are easily within reach, the house itself is located in a calm and quiet area with an elementary school nearby. You can also take a walk to visit the surrounding parks and river for a calm walk and to view cherry blossoms in the spring. We offer a total of 5 single rooms and 2 shared rooms to choose from. Tabata house was built in 2010 for share house. It’s new and clean, moreover it has a garden outside. It takes 8 minutes from JR Tabata stationto the guest house. It’s easy access to main stations such as Ueno, Akihabara, and Tokyo by using JR Keihintohoku line from Tabata station. In Tabata station, there is a fashionable mall! You can stop by there and have a break in the nice café or buy food before going back home! On the weekend, the housemates go out altogether or have a small party at home! Let’s become a member of Tabata House!

Ueno-tabata2 share house opened next to the Ueno-tabata1 house! You can make friends with people who live in next to you. It takes about 8 minutes from share house to Tabata station and Tabata station has good access to center of Tokyo! You can go Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Takadanobaba with no transfer! This is a share house for 6 people and this is the perfect size to become close to every share-housemates. This share house is reformed and has clean rooms!
