This share house is one of the closest houses in all of the Borderless Share Houses. It’s only 4 minutes walking from the closest station! Located in a very quiet district with such good access to Shinjuku.(only 10 minutes by train). Also, it’s possible to go to Shinjuku by bicycle.The share house is quite new and very clean! This share house has a really nice balcony in front of the kitchen where you can have a nice morning tea or something. People are very friendly here! The share house is located in city area but very quiet and a good place to live.

- How much does it cost to move in?BORDERLESS HOUSE JAPANInitial fee 50,000 yen (30,000 yen key money and 20,000 yen deposit are included) and the first month's rent and utility fee have to be paid within three business days after the reservation is confirmed. If you would like to rent the bedding set, there is an additional one-time rental fee - 8,000 yen. (Bedding set includes sheet, mattress pad, futon, futon cover, pillow, pillow cover, and blanket.)
*Rent and utility for the first month are calculated on a pro-rated basis from the day you move in.
*If the room you reserved is currently available, your rent starts 2 weeks after you sent us the reservation at the latest. If the room will be available from a certain day, your rent will start 2 weeks after the available day at the latest.
*Restoration Fee 5,000 yen～10,000 yen will be deducted from the deposit, depends on the duration of your stay.BORDERLESS HOUSE KOREAWe ask for an initial fee of 800,000won total, consisting of 300,000won management fee and 500,000won deposit within 3 business days after your reservation is confirmed.
Management fee is non-refundable and this is covering the maintenance of the house and other support we give our tenants. Deposit is refundable so we will give this back to you on your moving out day if there is no problem.
This initial fee has to be paid within three days after the reservation was confirmed. In case you are renting a bedding set from us, there is an additional one-time rental fee of 60,000 won. Rent and utility of the first month (calculated on a pro-rated basis from the day of your move-in) has to be paid by your move-in day.BORDERLESS HOUSE TAIWANWe ask initial fee before the reservations have been confirmed, please pay $6,500 initial fee within two days after you received the payment details from us. The initial fee is including $1,500 management fee (not refundable) and $5,000 deposit (refund when moving out).
*If the room you reserved is currently available, your rent will start to calculate from 14 days after you sent us the reservation at the latest. If the room will be available from a certain day, your rent will start to calculate from 14 days after the available day at the latest.
Rent and utility of the first month (calculated on a pro-rated basis from the day of your move-in) has to be paid by your move-in day.
- Can I move-in even though I cannot speak local language?There are many tenants at Borderless House who do not speak local language or have just started studying, or who visit that country for the first time. Furthermore, the local housemates moving to Borderless House are interested in foreign languages and cultures, and many of them would like to speak English in daily life. Your housemates will be happy to help you in difficult situations, and many people have actually improved their language skills after moving in. Don’t worry!
- Can I get along with my housemates?Borderless House offers you great opportunities to communicate with people. Our tenants discuss & set the House rules like cleaning rules together. Through those discusstion, they create nice and comfortable life environment.

Especially, Koenji Station is a very convenient station, which only takes 6 minutes to Shinjuku station! It would be exciting to walk around this city with your housemates. This guest house is renovated, so it’s really cozy. You can have a precious time with your housemates from all over the world here!

Waseda is known as a university town. So, you can easily find used bookstores, reasonable diners, 'Izakaya' restaurants, and more! Every time you hang out the town, you can make a new discovery. Please enjoy a cup of coffee in a nice cozy cafe/stores, visiting a shrine/temple, or maybe relaxing in the park nearby. Waseda is also a very convenient place to live. There are big supermarket, 100yen shop, convenient stores... and more. A supermarket is right next to Waseda station, so you can do grocery shopping on the way home. This share house locates 8 minutes walk from Meidaimae station. Meidaimae station is a very convenient city, which takes just 5minutes to Shinjyuku and 7minutes to Shibuya by train! There is a shopping area around the station, so it is a easy place to live. Many schools are around this area, so it has a vibrant atmosphere. Don’t you want to enjoy life in Japan with housemates from all over the world?
A super good location! Here is the small Korean world! Walking through the street you could hear Korean and easy to get everything! To stay in the share house enjoys both Korean life and Japanese life. McDonald, Drug store and 100 yen shop is very close to the share house. You never have to worry about where to get daily stuff even at the midnight. Only 1 minute from the station to the share house and only 17 mins from the share house to Shinjuku Station by walking.

Ogikubo ShareHouse is located in a great area for go to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ikebukuro.The share house has 4 private rooms and two share room, so eight people can live in this share house and it is best number for communication. It takes 8minutes to the house from JR Nakano station, Tokyo-Metro Tozai Line, Higashikoenji station and Shin-Nakano station Tokyo-Metro Marunouchi Line. So, literary you can go to everywhere in Tokyo if you choose to live at Borderless House Nakano2! We would like to recommend this house to those who want to explore around Nakano area because there are huge shopping street around Nakano station and still in the middle of redevelopment!! It will be also so much fun when you hang out with your house mate. Also, the owner of the house is a master of kimono-wearing and you will take kimono lesson up to 5 times for FREE! This Sharehouse is located in Hatagawa which is 3 minutes away from Shinjuku and 15 minutes from both Shibuya and Shimokitazawa by train. You can also get to the center of Tokyo from Hatagaya station directly by Toei-Shinjuku Line. There is a famous theatre called Opera City near the Sharehouse. Many international authorized concerts take place there. If you have time, you can go on a picnic to Yoyogi Park on foot from the Sharehouse. Chilling out there and having a cup of coffee or beers at the park, some cool cafés or bars around the park, that is probably one of the best things to do when the weather is good. This Sharehouse is also walking distance to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku. So you can have good access to cool places in Tokyo while staying in this Sharehouse! Hatagaya is really close to urban areas though; they have nostalgic shopping streets which bring us back to the "Showa" memories. There are lovely paths through the city. In spring, you can enjoy running on the paths while seeing cherry blossom trees. And also, you can freshen up in a public bath after working out. There are heaps of traditional public bathes out there. The shopping streets in Hatagaya are absolutely convenient and comfortably vibrant. You can find many convenience stores, pharmacies, nice restaurants, cool cafes or bars on the way down to the Sharehouse. There are two supermarkets in Hatagaya as well. You can get grocery shopping easily. Moreover, Hatagaya is not just like an old fashioned city. They have the third face towards multicultural understandings. There are Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Tokyo Camii which introduces Turkish cultures. Tokyo Camii looks really really cool as if you are traveling in some ethnic countries. Hatagaya House is a typical Japanese type of house, and 11 people can share the house with you. They have a pretty rooftop where you can dry your clothes, see city views and gaze at the moonlight, everything is for you basically.
