ROOM VIEWING FORM

※Our new years holiday. 12/30/2023 ~ 1/3/2024
During the winter holiday period (5 days from Dec 30th, 2023 ~ Jan 3rd, 2024), we will not be able to respond to inquiries by e-mail or other means and also arrange room-viewings.We regret to inform you that all inquiries received during the above period will be replied sequentially from January 4th .We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Please be sure to read the following notes before applying.

  • ・For the safety and privacy protection of the current tenants, we limit the number of room viewings to one house per person.
  • ・Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. If we receive other applications before yours, we will not be able to proceed with your request.
  • ・After receiving your application, we will arrange a phone call or SKYPE session in order to confirm the details of your room viewing. It takes 20 minutes or so.
  • ・We have a screening process prior to room viewing/move in. Your room viewing/reservation will be confirmed after the screening.

It takes about 1 hour for room-viewing.
It takes at least 2~3 business days to arrange the room-viewing or the move-in after receiving the application forms from the customers. (Please note that it depends on the room viewing or reservation status of other customers.)

Preferred type of viewing*

Due to consideration for current residents, there may be cases where room viewings inside the room are NOT possible. In such situations, please understand that viewings will be limited to shared spaces only.
Please note, we are only able to arrange the room viewing for those who are currently in Japan, regardless room viewing in person or online room viewing.
The online room viewing will be conducted via Zoom with our staff on the spot.
You can change it after you move in.
Minimum 1 month staying term is required.

Personal Information

We have an age limit at Borderless House from 18 to 39 years.
Parental consent is required for minors.

Gender*

You will receive an automatic reply after submitting the form, so please check it.
If you don't have a SKYPE account, please create one from here.
※To arrange your viewing, we will have a call session of approximately 20 minutes either via phone or Skype to go over the details.

Smoking*

※Please note that smokers cannot apply for the smoke-free houses.

Marital status*

We do not accept married people as a rule, but depending on the situation, we may be able to accept married people to move in under some circumstances.

Depending on the conditions, we may be able to offer you a share house that suits your needs.

Out of consideration of the privacy of the current tenants, we can only let you view one share house at a time.
Depending on your preferences, during the initial phone/Skype call, we can also provide information about other share houses. Therefore, please provide the following information.

Have you ever lived in a BORDERLESS HOUSE?*

※If you currently live in Borderless House and would like to move to other house, please check the Contract Length, Moving Out, Moving to another House in FAQ page before sending the reservation form.

*Our system is first-come-first-served. So if any other person apply to the room before you, he or she will get the room.
If you wish to move into one of our Borderless Houses after room-viewing, please send us a filled-out reservation form for that room. Upon receipt of your reservation form, we would carry out the inner screening process. As a result of the screening, please understand that there are some cases that we would not allow your moving-in. We do not disclose our screening criteria.
