※During the above period, we will be closed and unable to respond to inquiries or arrange viewings, move-outs (except in Kansai area), or move-ins. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will respond to all inquiries received during the closure as soon as operations resume. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

●For share houses in Tokyo, only rooms for 【Japanese nationals】 are currently available for viewing.
Due to the increase in inquiries, there is a high possibility that rooms for non-Japanese nationals will be taken by the day of the viewing. We recommend considering a direct reservation without a room viewing.

Before applying, please note the following:

  • ● Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Room viewings are optional, but Reservation applications take priority. If another applicant completes the application process before your scheduled viewing, the room may no longer be available.
  • ● For the safety and privacy of our current residents, viewings are limited to one house each person. If you are interested in multiple houses, please mention this in your application form.
  • ● Once we receive your application, we will arrange a room-viewing date and a 30-minute pre-viewing Zoom call to confirm details.
  • ● A pre-screening is required before both the viewing and move-in. Only approved applicants will receive further details regarding the viewing and move-in process.

It takes about 1 hour for room-viewing.
It takes at least 2~3 business days to arrange the room-viewing or the move-in after receiving the application forms from the customers. (Please note that it depends on the room viewing or reservation status of other customers.)

Preferred type of viewing*

Due to consideration for current residents, there may be cases where room viewings inside the room are NOT possible. In such situations, please understand that viewings will be limited to shared spaces only.
Please note, we are only able to arrange the room viewing for those who are currently in Japan, regardless room viewing in person or online room viewing.
The online room viewing will be conducted via Zoom with our staff on the spot.
You can change it after you move in.
Minimum 1 month staying term is required.

Customer Information

You must be between 18 and 35 years old to apply for Borderless House.
Parental consent is required for minors.

Gender*

You will receive an automatic reply after submitting the form, so please check it.
If we need to confirm your reservation details, we will contact you directly by phone.

Smoking*

※Please note that smokers cannot apply for the smoke-free houses.

Marital status*

We do not accept married people as a rule, but depending on the situation, we may be able to accept married people to move in under some circumstances.

We may also suggest other share houses that match your preferences.

For the safety and privacy of our current residents, viewings are limited to one house for each person.
However, if you have specific preferences, we can introduce other potential houses during the pre-viewing call, so please complete the form below.

※ If you wish to move to a different Borderless House, please checkhere before sending the inquiry.

*Our system is first-come-first-served. So if any other person apply to the room before you, he or she will get the room.
If you wish to move into one of our Borderless Houses after room-viewing, please send us a filled-out reservation form for that room. Upon receipt of your reservation form, we would carry out the inner screening process. As a result of the screening, please understand that there are some cases that we would not allow your moving-in. We do not disclose our screening criteria.
