BORDERLESS HOUSE
ASAKUSABASHI1
The concept of ASAKUSABASHI1 is from "living together" to "creating together! A new concept of community that values not only wonderful exchange experiences within the house but also with the whole local community!
Borderless House has been valuing its" interactions among tenants in the house", but at Asakusabashi house,
we create the chances of encounters and interactions for the residents both inside and outside the house.
With that in mind, this is a new type of Borderless House where you can actively participate in the "community building" with us while living! It's an amazing opportunity for you to experience something unique in Japan!
The main feature of the house is the cafe lounge on the 1st floor. We are planning to hold various events such as international cooking events, English conversation workshops, and projects to foster interaction with the local community. It can also be used as a rental space. You can try new ways of using this open cafe space.
On the 5th floor, there is a shared space for residents such as the living room and kitchen. It's an open and bright space with many windows on the upper floor.
Another feature is that this sharehouse is available not only for long stays but also for short-term stays for those who have multiple residences and travelers.
A wider variety of people will gather. It is a new form of Borderless House where you can enjoy encounters and interaction with new people in your daily life.
