When it comes to shopping, gourmet, living and entertainment, there is nothing left to wish for. Around Shinjuku Station, a station with the world’s largest number of passengers per day, large department stores such as Isetan and Lumine and various leisure spots line side by side.
Known as an extremely important and prosperous town during the Edo era, Itabashi has a lot of history to offer its residents. Two large shopping streets located near the house, Nakajuku Shopping Street and Happy Road Oyama Shopping Street, will provide you with a taste of the historical Edo times. Located in one of the back alleys, you can also relax in a traditional public bath. As the ward office is located directly adjacent to the nearest station, all administrative needs can be taken care of without needing to travel far. A bit further from the station and the ward office, you can enjoy around 1000 cherry blossom trees along the Shakuji River, blooming to a magnificent spectacle in the spring. With a maximum of 20 residents, ITABASHI-KUYAKUSHOMAE1 is one of the largest sharehouses that we have to offer. By living in such a large and vibrant house community you will always have housemates to interact with. Living in this sharehouse will undoubtedly provide you with wonderful opportunities to learn from others, both Japanse and foreigners, and you will be able to expand your horizons and knowledge. You can also get to know your housemates even better during house events, such as group outings and barbeques! Using the nearby Yakusho-mae station which provides access to the Toei Mita line, you will have great access to the city center, making the commute to work or school very convenient. Living here, you will have the chance to invite your housemates to go enjoy the gourmet downtown cuisine, go to a public bath, and shop on historic streets. Why not give it a try?
Kikukawa2 House is located in a very popular area of Tokyo, with its location notably close to Tokyo Sky Tree. With Asakusa only 6 minutes by foot and access to the Toei Shinjuku Line from Kikugawa station, you'll always have places to go and things to do! Akihabara and Ueno can also be easily reached by bike. Despite the surrounding bustle of popular tourist areas and famous sights, the house is tucked away in a calm residential area and has undergone recent renovations, making Kikukawa2 House a cozy and relaxing place to return to at the end of a long day. The house also is located nearby to many supermarkets and convenient stores, so your everyday shopping needs will be taken care of. With a maximum of 7 residents, we offer 1 private room and 3 shared rooms to choose from. With a relatively small number of residents, you have the opportunity to build strong bonds with your housemates. This sharehouse is located in Iriya, which is nestled within the traditional historic area referred to as下町 “Shitamachi.” Being within such a traditional area evokes feelings of the Edo period and provides a break from the packed and high-paced life in the city center. The closest station, Iriya Station, is right next to Ueno Station and it only takes 6 minutes on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line to reach Akihabara Station. Along the Hibiya Line, you will have great access to many popular and interesting areas in Tokyo such as Tsukiji, Ginza, and Roppongi. The house is also located within walking distance of Asakusa. Iriya Station is surrounded by many different supermarkets and convenience stores, making it convenient to meet your everyday shopping needs. When you travel into the old city district of Iriya, you can also explore the famous old-fashioned shopping street called "Iriya Kinbikan Street." This area also provides access to many traditional restaurants, where you can enjoy foods such as Tempura or Kaisedon, just to name a few. The historical shrine called 鷲神社 “ootori jinja” is located just out in front of the house, and you will have the chance to view or participate in many traditional events or festivals throughout the year. During the summer, one of the most famous fireworks festivals, 隅田川花火大会 “Sumidagawa Hanabitaikai,” takes place near Iriya. Why not take the chance to enjoy traditional culture and events through historical outings in Tokyo with your housemates? ASAKUSA-IRIYA1 is considered a medium-sized sharehouse, with a capacity of 17 residents. Housemates are frequently gathered in the third-floor living room, and you will have the chance to interact every day! On the fourth floor, you can also relax on an open rooftop and admire Tokyo Sky Tree or watch fireworks in the summer. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, and destress outside with your housemates while watching the cityscape! Borderless House Shibuya-ikejiri is located in the Central Tokyo/Shibuya area. The closest station, Ikejiri-ohashi Station, offers perfect access – only 2 minutes to Shibuya Station! You can conveniently reach any place in Tokyo from here. And since the house is only a 30 minutes walk from Shibuya, you do not even have to worry about missing the last train. Despite its location in the middle of the city, the house’s surroundings are a quiet residential area with lots of cute and unique stores on the way, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. In front of the station, you will find a convenient shopping street with several supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The nearby Setagaya Park, while providing wide spaces to relax, also offers an outside pool or tennis court. And Meguro Tenku Garden is full of beautiful plants to enjoy throughout the seasons, and you can even see Mount Fuji from the observation deck! Up to 9 people can live at Shibuya-ikejiri House, a size that should make it easy to become close friends with your housemates. You’ll have fun gathering in the living room to talk with each other in either English or Japanese! Since Shibuya is just around the corner, you can easily go out on the weekend, but how about visiting the local coffee stand together, or a historic, traditional Japanese public bath? Shibuya-ikrjiri House offers countless ways to have fun. Very famous university town in Tokyo 'WASEDA' - Just within 15 min. from Shinjuku & Ikebukuro! Really easy access to Shibuya, Roppongi, and other major cities in Tokyo from Waseda station. Waseda is known as a university town. So, you can easily find used bookstores, reasonable diners, 'Izakaya' restaurants, and more! Every time you hang out the town, you can make a new discovery. Please enjoy a cup of coffee in a nice cozy cafe/stores, visiting a shrine/temple, or maybe relaxing in the park nearby. Waseda is also a very convenient place to live. There are big supermarket, 100yen shop, convenient stores... and more. A supermarket is right next to Waseda station, so you can do grocery shopping on the way home. The closest station, Honkomagome Station, which provides access to the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, is only a 2-minute walk away from the house. The house is located centrally in Tokyo, contained within the Yamanote Line circle, providing convenient and fast access to any place in Tokyo. In addition to Honkomagome Station, both Hakusan Station, with access to the Toei Mita Line, and Komagome Station, with access to the JR Yamanote Line, are located nearby. As both Shinjuku and Ikebukuro can be reached in less than 20 minutes, this house is perfect for those working or studying in the city. SHINAGAWA-OIMACHI2 is located in a quiet area. It takes just 5 minutes to the nearest station. And just one stop to Shinagawa station which is one of the terminal stations in Tokyo. You can also visit Yokohama by train without changing! On the first floor, there is a spacious living room. Everybody sits on the sofa and has a chat. This is the attractive point in this share house. You enjoy a homelike atmosphere!
